Jalapeno Macaroni Salad

So creamy and delcious! Very easy to whip up for any BBQ, family get together, or just a side on the dinner table! This serves about 6, so double for a crowd! Make sure to dice your jalapenos as small as possible! The cooking time DOES include the chilling time in the fridge.
Ingredients:
2 cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)
1 1/4 cups miracle whip
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup onion, diced
1/4 cup green onion, diced
1/2 cup green bell pepper, diced
1 jalapeno, finely diced
1/2 cup carrot, grated
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Cook your macaroni in a big pot of boiling, salted water for 9-10 minutes. Immediately drain and rinse until cold water to stop cooking. Drain and place in large bowl.
2. Add the celery, onion, green onion, bell pepper, jalapeno, carrot, miracle whip, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and sugar. Toss well to combine.
3. Let chill for at least 1 hour before serving, stirring once or twice. Add a little more miracle whip to taste if you want it creamier!
