Jalapeno Cheese Grits

A new spin to grits. It's great as a side to beef or about any meat. A big hit in my supper club.
Ingredients:
2 c quick-cooking grits
2 1/2 c grated extra-sharp chedder cheese
1 stick unsalted butter
1 t tabasco
3 large eggs, well beaten
2 jalapenos, finely chopped
1/4 c canned chopped green chiles
garlic salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Cook the grits according to the directions on the back of the package.
3. Remove from the heat and add next 6 ingredients.
4. Stir well and season with garlic salt to taste.
5. Pour into a buttered 9 inch baking dish.
6. Bake 1 hour.
7. Let cool slightly before serving.
