Jackyes Broccoli Salad

This is how I like to eat my broccoli!
Ingredients:
4 cups broccoli florets
2 cups button mushrooms, chopped
1 medium red onion, chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1 (10 ounce) can mandarin oranges
1/2 cup mayonnaise (or veganaisse)
1/4 cup wheylow granular (or sugar)
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar (with garlic if available)
Directions:
1. In a large bowl mix together the first 4 ingredients.
2. Drain the mandarins and add to the bowl.
3. In a smaller bowl mix together the mayo, whey-low and vinegar.
4. Pour the dressing onto the vegetables.
5. Stir gently just to spread the dressing around.
6. Refrigerate and serve.
