Jack's Greek Tzatziki - Cucumber, Dill, Garlic and Yogurt Dip - 1/4 Cup

This wonderful fresh and healthy dip is used as a dip for pita bread, fresh veggies, an accompaniment for Gyros (pronounced 'Yeer-ohs') or just about whatever you like! It is simple to make and gets better as the days go by - that is, if it lasts that long!
Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat yogurt - greek style
1/2 cup cucumber, shredded and squeezed dry
1 clove garlic
1 t dill weed
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. olive oil
Directions:
1. Nothing special to do but combine all ingredients - best if done the day before. Just make sure to squeeze all the liquid out of the shredded cucumber as otherwise, it will be too runny! You can easily adjust amounts of individual ingredients to your taste.
