It's a Spicy-A Meatball

These meatballs are moist and very flavorful with a little heat. This versatil meatball can stand alone or can be jazzed up with your favorite sauces, for pastas or Vietnamese meat ball sandwiches. Mmmm Yummy.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
1/3 lb chorizo sausage
1/4 cup green onion, diced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup jalapeno pepper, diced (with seeds it's spicier)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
1 tablespoon garlic clove, chopped
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon habanero pepper (tabasco brand sauce)
1/2 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1/4 cup progresso brand italian seasoned breadcrumbs
Directions:
1. pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
2. line cookie sheet with tin foil.
3. spray non-stick cooking spray on tin foiled sheet.
4. create meat balls and place evenly on cooking sheet.
5. cover loosly with foil.
6. place in oven and cook 10 minutes.
7. remove cooking sheet and turn over each meatball.
8. replace foil on top and continue to cook another 10 minutes.
9. remove top foil covering meatballs and cook an additional 5 minutes.
10. Serve.
11. tip: remove foil and toss for easy clean up.
