Italian Turkey Patties for One (Low Carb)

Great recipe for those following any low carb diet (ie: South Beach, 17 Day Diet, etc.) Phase one/Cycle one friendly. Or serve on a toasted roll of your bread choice.
Ingredients:
6 ounces lean ground turkey, 93% fat free
1 -2 tablespoon italian spices
salt and pepper, to taste
fat-free parmesan cheese, to taste
2 tablespoons classico spicy red pepper spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup fat free mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and form into one big burger pattie.
2. Grill until internal temp reads 160 degrees (I grill on my George Foreman).
