Use 93% Lean ground turkey and skim milk and this is 170 cal per serving. Could add 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey
3/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/3 cup 2% milk
1 egg, beaten
1 cup dried breadcrumbs
1 tsp italian seasoning
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup pasta sauce
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 deg F
2. Spray a 9 inch by 4 inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
3. Combine all ingredients except the spaghetti sauce in a large bowl and mix until blended
4. Transfer mixture into the prepared pan.
5. Spread the spaghetti sauce over the top and bake uncover for about 60 minutes or until the food thermometer reaches at least 165 degrees and the loaf pulls away from side of pan.
