Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix all ingredients except barbecue sauce
  3. Spread mixture in an ungreased 8.4 or 9.5 loaf pan. Spread barbecue over the top
  4. Insert oven-proof thermometer so tip is in center of loaf. Bake uncovered 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until beef is no longer pink in center and thermometer reads at least 160-degrees
  5. Let stand 5 minutes; remove from pan
