Italian style stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients:
2 pound(s) large mushrooms cleaned/stem removed
1/2 cup(s) butter
1/3 cup(s) onion chopped
1 tablespoon(s) garlic chopped
1 cup(s) italian breadcrumbs
2/3 cup(s) mozzarella cheese shredded
1/4 cup(s) parmesan cheese grated
2 tablespoon(s) chopped parsley
1 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
1/8 teaspoon(s) ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 400 degrees
2. Remove and chop mushroom stems
3. Melt butter in skillet and mushroom stems and onion for 5 minutes or until tender
4. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. In medium bowl pour mushroom mixture over bread crumbs, stir in cheeses,parsley,vinegar, and pepper.
5. Sprinkle mushroom caps with salt, put on cookie sheet and spoon mixture into mushroom caps.
6. Bake 25 minutes or until tender
