Italian Style Cauliflower

This is such an incredible way to eat cauliflower. Bursting at the seams with wonderful flavors. Enjoy
Ingredients:
1 large cauliflower head
1 large onion sliced into rings
1 green bell pepper sliced into rings
2 tablespoons cooking oil
8 ounces marina sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon basil
Directions:
1. Prepare head of cauliflower by removing outer leaves and as much of the core to keep intact.
2. Wash thoroughly then place in deep sauce pan.
3. Sauté onion and pepper in oil.
4. Pour marina sauce of cauliflower and season with garlic powder, oregano and basil.
5. Cover and cook on medium heat until tender.
6. Serve cauliflower whole on a platter.
