A different approach to the same old Mexican Salsa. Serve with Pita Chips or Lavosh Crackers.
Ingredients:
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can italian-style crushed tomatoes
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup zucchini, grated
1/4 cup onion, chopped fine
1 garlic clove, minced fine
2 tablespoons black olives, chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Comebine all ingredients in a non-reactive bowl.
2. Chill at least 30 minutes and serve.
