Italian Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz. multi-colored rotini pasta
  • 1 large can of sliced olives
  • optional
  • 1/2 to 1 lb
  • 1/2 to 1 cup diced salami

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse under cold water to stop cooking and drain well.
  2. If using packaged dressing, prepare 1 packet of Italian dressing as directed.
  3. Place pasta in large salad bowl, add dressing and toss gently to coat.
  4. Add remaining ingredients to pasta and mix gently.
  5. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours to blend all flavors.
