Idea from Costa Rica trip in November 2011
Ingredients:
1 lb spaghetti
1 lb penne pasta
1 lb orchiettee pasta
1 lb tripolene pasta
4 cups red spaghetti sauce
2 cups alfredo sauce
2 cups italian dressing
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1 lb chopped sausage
8 ounces cheddar cheese
8 ounces mozzarella cheese
8 ounces parmesan cheese
8 ounces provolone cheese
8 ounces provolone cheese
8 cups tomatoes, diced
8 white onions, sliced
4 red bell peppers, diced
4 green bell peppers, diced
2 cups diced pepperoncini peppers
2 cups black olives, sliced
6 (8 ounce) dark beer
6 (8 ounce) light beer
1 liter red wine
1 liter white wine
Directions:
1. Lightly saute pastas with 2 tablespoons toppings.
2. when heated through serve and saered adds sauce of choice.
