We didn't feel like salad, so I just put together a bunch of veggies and it came out great!
Ingredients:
cooking spray
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 heaping tbsp. chopped garlic (from jar)
1 cup chopped cabbage
1 can italian diced tomatoes, partialy drained
1 zucchini, chopped
1 cup whole or halfed baby bella mushrooms
Directions:
1. heat skillet to med high heat and add cooking spray
2. add onions and garlic and let cook for a minute
3. add cabbage and cook for a couple of minutes
4. add rest of ingredients and cover until mushrooms, cabbage and zucchini are cooked.
