Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs ground beef
1 egg
1/4 cup tomato sauce
6 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon parsley
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 1/2 ounces salami
3 ounces mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. Mix first 9 ingredients. Spread on foil.
2. Put salami and mozzarella on top. Roll up, and pinch ends to seal.
3. Bake.
