Italian Meatballs

These are little tasty meatballs. Serve them as an appetizer or take make them part of the main course. They have bursts of flavor.
Ingredients:
2 pounds hamburger
2 cloves of garlic ( i used a press)
salt and pepper to taste
1 piece of bread--put it under the facet to get it wet. ring all the water out and crumble it up over the meat.
1/2 cup of dry bread crumbs
1 t. italian seasoning
1 egg
1 t. red pepper flakes ( more if you like)
1/2 or 3/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
the meat will be almost white from the cheese. you can control the cheese if you want a smaller amount. this is very tasty.
Directions:
1. Add all these ingredients to a big bowl. Mix with hands.
2. Shape into small 1 inch balls
3. Place on a slotted rack with dripping pan underneath
4. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
