2 pounds hamburger |
2 cloves of garlic ( i used a press) |
salt and pepper to taste |
1 piece of bread--put it under the facet to get it wet. ring all the water out and crumble it up over the meat. |
1/2 cup of dry bread crumbs |
1 t. italian seasoning |
1 egg |
1 t. red pepper flakes ( more if you like) |
1/2 or 3/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese |
the meat will be almost white from the cheese. you can control the cheese if you want a smaller amount. this is very tasty. |
