Tasty Italian style meatballs to serve over spaghetti with your favourite sauce.
Ingredients:
2 lb. ground beef
1 cups bread crumbs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 eggs
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Shape into 1-1/2 inch balls. Brown meatballs in fry pan. Drain any fat. You may also place meatballs on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until nicely browned.
3. Serve meatballs and with your favourite sauce over cooked spaghetti.
