Italian Meat Pie

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 green pepper, chopped
3/4 cup water
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (1/2 ounce) package spaghetti sauce mix
1 frozen deep dish pie shell
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, divided
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef and drain.
2. Add green pepper and cook 2 minutes.
3. Add water, tomato paste and spaghetti sauce mix; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
4. Sprinkle 1/4 cup Parmesean cheese on bottom of pie shell.
5. Spread 1/2 meat mixture on top of parmesean and then layer 1 cup Mozarella.
6. Layer remaining meat mixture.
7. Top with 1/4 cup Parmesean.
8. Bake on cookie sheet in 400-degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
9. Sprinkle with 1 cup Mozarella and heat until melted (10 minutes).
