Ingredients:

  • 3/4 lb hamburger
  • 1/4 cup tomato juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2/3 tsp oregano
  • 1/8 cup parsley

Directions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together except parsley. Mix very well and form into a oval loaf pan or glass baking dish, about 9 inches x 5 inches. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
  2. Remove from the oven and let stand 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley.
