Italian Hamburger Casserole with Organic Tri-Colored Pasta

Very healthy. low cal, low fat, low sodium!
Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground beef
3 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. chili powder
10 oz. pasta vegetable spirals
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
6 oz. tomato paste
13 1/4 oz. stewed tomatoes
1 can corn
Directions:
1. Heat a skillet and brown ground beef and garlic powder over medium heat.
2. While browning the beef, boil water and cook the pasta.
3. Drain and transfer beef into a large mixing bowl. Add pasta and all of the canned ingredients. Mix together, then pour into an oblong baking dish.
4. Sprinkle cheese on top.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
