Ingredients:
1 lb green beans, cut into 2 inch lengths
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumb
1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
6 leaves fresh basil, chopped
1/2 cup sun-dried tomato, softened and chopped
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Saute beans in oil in a large skillet for 3 minutes.
2. Stir in bread crumbs, cheese, basil and sun dried tomatoes.
3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
