An Italian Garlic Vinaigrette for those salads eaten with pasta and sauces.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 minced garlic cloves
1/4 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black coarse ground pepper
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. This is a small recipe for one large or two salads.
2. To make the vinaigrette, put the ingredients into a jar with tight lid and shake vigorously to emulsify the dressing. Pour onto salad, toss and serve.
3. Shake prior to each use.
