Italian Garden Salad Mix

  1. Chill big salad bowl in freezer for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Slice red onion and tomato for salad.
  3. Combine all of the dressing ingredients in blender and mix on low for about 30 seconds.
  4. Pull bowl out of freezer and mix in salad mix, red onion, black olives, banana peppers, tomatoes and croutons.
  5. Pour dressing over salad. Add freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top, and toss.
  6. NOTE: If you don't like this recipe for the dressing, you can also go to Olive Garden and buy theirs for about 5 dollars. I like to add about a teaspoon of sugar to it before pouring over salad and tossing.
