Ingredients:
5 lbs monterey jack cheese, cut in small cubes
2 lbs ricotta cheese
3 -5 lbs ham, chopped
1 italian sausage, baked and chopped
16 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 cup grated parmesan cheese or 1 cup romano cheese
9 raw eggs
3/4 cup ham stock
1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Mix all ingrediates together. Place filling in pie shell, Top with another crust. Bake 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
