My favorite chickpea spread recipe. Great on pasta, sandwiches, bread, crackers... Everything. :)
Ingredients:
1/3 cup pine nuts, toasted
1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, drained
1/2 cup roasted red pepper
1 -4 garlic clove
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/3 cup basil leaves
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Blend.
2. Refrigerate.
3. Enjoy!
