Italian Chicken With Olives

Ingredients:
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
5 ounces romano cheese
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced in thirds, lengthwise
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained but juice reserved
7 garlic cloves, crushed
4 ounces kalamata olives, sliced
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
5 teaspoons dried basil
Directions:
1. Mix breadcrumbs and cheese.
2. Coat chicken slices with breadcrumb mixture on both sides.
3. Heat olive oil in skillet to medium heat.
4. Add chicken pieces and cook until golden brown. Set aside and keep warm.
5. Add tomatoes, garlic, olives, vinegar and pepper flakes and half cup of liquid from tomatoes.
6. Cook until slightly thickened and add basil.
