canned cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
pine nuts, toasted
zucchini, thinly sliced
bacon, cooked and crumbled
feta cheese, crumbled
Directions:
1. Toss cannellini beans with chopped sun-dried tomatoes, toasted pine nuts, and balsamic vinaigrette. Spoon over zucchini. Sprinkle with bacon and feta cheese.
