Italian Baked Pork Chops

This came from Sandra Lee Semi-Homemade. I have not tried this, just posting for easy finding.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon french's dijon mustard
1 tablespoon bertolli extra virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon mccormick italian seasoning
4 center-cut pork chops (6oz each)
salt
pepper
1/2 cup kraft shredded parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together mustard, oil, and italian seasoning. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then brush both sides of chops with mustard mixture. Press Parmesan into both sides of chops.
3. Place chops on prepared baking sheet. Bake about 10 minutes or until just cooked through.
