Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries (unsw)
2 (1 g) packets splenda sugar substitute
1/4 cup grape-nuts cereal
1/2 cup bite size shredded whole wheat cereal
1/2 cup skim milk
Directions:
1. Combine berries & splenda;
2. Microwave for 30-40 seconds.
3. Add remaining ingredients and stir.
