Ingredients:
45 ml white rum
2 teaspoons light coconut cream
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon orange juice
1 teaspoon sugar syrup
90 g crushed ice
fresh coconut, shavings
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender with ice until smooth.
2. Pour into glass.
3. Add slices of fresh coconut shavings if desired.
