Another great salsa that is good as a stand alone for chips or served over grilled fish, chicken or pork. I love this salsa both ways. Yummy. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
Ingredients:
1 cup pineapple peeled and chopped
1 cup mango peeled and chopped
1 cup yellow bell pepper chopped
2/3 cup kiwi fruit peeled and chopped
1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh cilantro finely chopped
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon serrano chili with seeds minced
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.
2. Season with white pepper and salt. Chill.
