If you prefer not to use rum, just leave it out—the delicious flavors will still come through.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups hulled strawberries, chopped (about 12 large)
1 (8-ounce) can pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
1 large naval orange, peeled and chopped (about 3/4 cup)
1/3 cup flaked sweetened coconut, toasted
1 cubed peeled kiwifruit
2 tablespoons dark rum
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; toss gently. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
