Irritated Baby Bath

For babies and adults alike suffering from rash and itchies. Calms and soothes. This recipe came to me from a skin care instructor suffering from keratosis pilaris aka those tiny bumps on the upper arms you get in the cold months.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup organic powdered oats
2 drops lavender oil
Directions:
1. Use blender on highest setting to pulverize oats for 2 minutes.
2. Add oats to glass dish or measuring cup.
3. Add 2 drops of lavender essential oil.
4. Add hot water to make a loose paste.
5. Let sit 1 minute.
6. Add to bath water and mix well into bath.
7. Add baby and bathe.
8. For a larger, adult sized tub use a full cup of oats and 6 drops of lavender essential oil.
9. No need to rinse.
10. Finish with a moisturizer.
11. Add a few drops of lavender to it as well. Nighty-nite.
