Irish Soda Bread

Serve warm with lots of butter and Irish Lamb or Beef Stew.
Ingredients:
8 ounces plain flour
1 lb whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
3/4 pint milk
1 tablespoon yoghurt
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Knead into a round and cut a cross on top.
3. Bake on a cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
4. Serve warm.
