Irish Cream Topped Brownie Dessert

This make Brownies into a more Elegant Dessert
Ingredients:
brownie base
1 box (10.75 ounce) fudge brownie mix
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons irish cream liqueur
2 eggs
irish cream topping
1 carton (8 0unces) whipping cream (1 cup)
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup instant vanilla pudding ( half of a 3.4 ounce box)
3 tablespoons irish cream liqueur
1 bar (1.4 ounce) chocolate covered toffee candy, crushed
Directions:
1. Heat Oven to 350. Grease bottom Only of an 8 inch Square Pan
2. with Shortening. In Large Bowl, Stir Brownie Mix, Oil, Eggs, &
3. 2 Tablespoons Irish Cream Liqueur with Spoon (about 50 Strokes)
4. Spread Batter in Pan. Bake 23 -26 minutes or until toothpick
5. inserted in Center comes out Clean. Cool Completely, 1 Hour
6. In Medium Bowl, Beat Whipping Cream Milk, Pudding Mix, &
7. 3 Tablespoons of Liqueur with Electric Mixer on High Speed
8. 4 to 6 Minutes or until Soft Peaks form. Spread Mixture over
9. Cooled Brownies. Sprinkle with Crushed Toffee Candy. Cover
10. & Refrigerate at Least 2 Hours before serving. Cut into Squares
11. Store in Refrigerator.
