Irish Cream Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

The smooth flavor of Irish cream pumped up with chocolate chips. This cake has flown out of the restaurant.
Ingredients:
use chocolate crust-see crust posting
2 pounds philly cream cheese
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 tbsp flour
5 large eggs
1/2 cup irish cream(bailey's)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup mini semi-sweet choc. chips
Directions:
1. Prepared pan with chocolate crust.
2. Preheat oven to 475^.
3. Blend cream cheese, sugar, and flour until smooth.
4. Add eggs one at a time.
5. Add Irish and heavy cream mixing thoroughly.
6. Fold in mini-chips.
7. Pour into prepared pan and bake at 475^ for 15 minutes.
8. Leave cake in oven.
9. Reduce temp. to 250^ and continue baking for 1 hour.
10. Let cool and refridgerate before serving.
