Irish Cream Brownies

These impressive brownies have Irish Creeam in both the batter and frosting,and a sprinkling of toffee bits on top. You can use Kaluha instead of Irish Cream if preferred.
Ingredients:
1 (20 oz) pkg. broenie mix
1/2 c irish cream or kaluha
1/2 c vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 tsp milk
2 tbs irish cream liqueur or kaluha
1 tsp brewed coffee
1/2 c butter,softened
2 c confectioners sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c toffee baking bits(such as heath bar) optional
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x 13 pan
2. Stir together brownie mix,1/2 c Irish Cream,vegetable oil and eggs. Spread in pan.
3. Bake in preheated oven till top is dry and edges have started to pull away from the sides of the pan,about 30 mins. Remove from oven to cool on wire rack.
4. Place milk,2 Tbs Irish Cream and coffee in small icrowave safe bowl. Microwave on high until mixture boils. Set aside to cool completely. Beat butter and confectioners sugar with electric mixer in bowl till smooth. add vanilla and cooled Irish Cream mixture,and beat well. Spread evenly over the cooled brownies. Sprinkle evenly with toffee bits.
