Delicious! Instead of the coconut extract try: vanilla, almond, hazelnut etc.
Ingredients:
1 cup irish whiskey (bushmills)
3 eggs
12 ounces sweetened condensed milk
10 ounces whipping cream
1 1/2 tablespoons powdered chocolate milk mix (quick brand)
1/4 teaspoon coconut extract
Directions:
1. add ingredients in blender.
2. blend on high until frothy.
3. pour into desired container.
4. chill overnight (the flavors come out the more they sit).
5. serve over ice or in coffee.
