Irish Coffee Pie Redo for Less Carbs

Ingredients:
1 (1/4 ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin
1/3 cup splenda sugar substitute
3 egg yolks
2 cups strong coffee
9 inches pastry shells
1 pint coffee ice cream
1/3 cup irish whiskey
3 egg whites
2 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute
1 cup heavy cream
2 -4 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. In saucepan, stir unflavored gelatin with 1/3 Cup of Sugar.
2. In bowl, BEAT egg yolks, blend with Coffee and stir into Saucepan.
3. Cook, stirring until gelatin is dissolved and mixture is slightly thickened.
4. Remove from heat and blend in Ice Cream and Whiskey.
5. Chill until mixture will mound on a spoon.
6. In bowl, BEAT Egg Whites until foamy.
7. Gradually BEAT in 2 Tablespoons of Sugar until STIFF.
8. Fold into gelatin mixture and pour into Pie Shell.
9. Chill until set.
10. Garnish slightly with Whipped Cream.
11. Enjoy!
