Irish Coffee-Caramel Dessert

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
2 tablespoons cold water
2/3 cup evaporated skimmed milk
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
2 tablespoons fat-free caramel-flavored syrup
2 tablespoons irish cream liqueur
1/2 teaspoon instant coffee granules
2 tablespoons frozen reduced-calorie whipped topping, thawed
Directions:
1. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small saucepan; let stand 1 minute. Cook over low heat, stirring until gelatin dissolves, about 2 minutes. Stir in milk and next 4 ingredients.
2. Pour gelatin mixture evenly into 2 dessert dishes. Cover and chill until set. Just before serving, top each serving with 1 tablespoon whipped topping.
