A nice St. Patrick's Day stew for the crockpot!
Ingredients:
2 lbs stewing beef, cubed
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans tomato soup
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups diced carrots
2 cups diced potatoes
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in slow cooker.
2. Cook on LOW 8-10 hours.
3. Stewing beef does NOT have to be prebrowned!
