Frog legs with a kick!
Ingredients:
2 lbs frog's legs
1/2 cup cooking oil
1 egg, well beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder
Directions:
1. Mix the cornmeal, egg, salt, cayenne and pepper together with enough water to form a batter.
2. Place the oil in an iron skillet and dip the frog legs into the batter and cook for about 5-8 minutes until they are brown on all sides.
