I like to package this in cellophane bags and stamp a header for gift-giving. Ingredients:
3/4 cup powdered chocolate drink mix |
1 cup instant coffee granules |
1 cup confectioners' sugar |
4 cups powdered milk |
1/2 (7 ounce) jar nondairy amaretto-flavored creamer |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine chocolate drink mix, instant coffee, confectioners' sugar, powdered milk and nondairy creamer. Store in an airtight container.
2. To serve, Stir 3 tablespoons mixture with 6 ounces boiling water.
