Indonesian Pork Satay

Pork Kabobs for grill or broiler (from Jenny Craig)
Ingredients:
2 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 cup onion, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
1 tbsp brown sugar
1/8 tsp hot sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb pork loin
Directions:
1. Blend peanut butter, onion, garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, hot sauce and olive oil together. (a blender does this well)
2. Marinate pork in misture for 10 minutes
3. Thread pork skewers (if using bamboo skewers, soak in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning)
4. Grill or broil for 10-12 minutes turning occasionally until done.
