This dip has a spicy sweet flavor and is good for dipping raw or grilled veggies.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup water
1 cup peanut butter (preferable crunchy)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 -2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (or to taste)
2 tablespoons chili sauce (or ketchup)
1 lemon, juiced
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl until well combined. Serve immediately, or cover and chill for up to 1 week. Bring to room temperature before serving.
