Indonesian Nastar Pineapple Tart

nastar, Favorite indonesian pinaple tart, I help my mom bake this tart since I'm a very small boy I still love it, and I still bake this favorite :)
Ingredients:
1 pineapple
1 cup of sugar
2 cups of butter
1cup of flour
1 eggyolk
3 tbs sugar
pinch ground spices
Directions:
1. For pineapple filling
2. grate pinapple, in a wok cook until dry
3. when it's really dry add sugar, keep stirring until it's nice and dry
4. for the skin
5. mix the rest of the ingridients if it's too wet add alittle more flour
6. on a floured surface roll the skin into a very thin skin (like a dumpling skin) wrap 1 teaspoon of pineapple filling on each skin
7. bake on preheated oven for around 20 mins or until it's golden
