Indonesian Garlic Broccoli

This is a nice variation of broccoli. It is sweet, savory, spicy, tangy, garlicky and saucy. Very nice dish to serve as a side dish with chicken, beef or pork. Enjoy
Ingredients:
1 bunch broccoli florets separated and stems finely sliced
1 large white onion diced
oil
1 tablespoon indonesian dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon indonesian sweet soy sauce
1 tablespoon red chili paste
3 tablespoons water
6 cloves garlic minced
Directions:
1. For sauce combine ingredients and mix well then set aside until needed.
2. Stir fry broccoli until nearly done to your taste.
3. Add onions and continue to stir fry until done to your liking.
4. Stir sauce mixture and add to wok then stir quickly until sauce is incorporated.
5. Remove from heat and serve over rice.
