Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can refried beans
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning
1 cup guacamole
8 ounces greek yogurt, plain
1 cup salsa
1/4 cup cheese, shredded
2 roma tomatoes
1/2 bunch green onion
1 (15 ounce) can black olives, sliced
1 (13 ounce) bag tortilla chips
8 plastic cups
Directions:
1. Dice Roma tomatoes and slice green onions.
2. Drain black olives.
3. In a small mixing bowl, mix taco seasoning and beans.
4. Layer cups according to list below:.
5. Layer 1: 2 tablespoons refried beans.
6. Layer 2: 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt and taco seasoning.
7. Layer 3: 2 tablespoons guacamole.
8. Layer 4: 2 tablespoons salsa.
9. Layer 5: sprinkle of cheese.
10. Layer 6: 1 teaspoons tomatoes.
11. Layer 7: 1 teaspoons green onions and 1 teaspoons olives.
