Individual Baked Pear Pancakes

I obtained this recipe from an estate sale when I purchased the family collection from the Sullivan Estate in Dallas, Texas in 1988.
Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 cup whole milk
1 cup flour
4 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
2 teaspoons lemon zest
3 large baking pears
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
6 individual au gratin dishes sprayed with cooking spray
Directions:
1. In blender mix eggs and milk then stir in flour and while stirring add melted butter.
2. Add extract and zest then preheat oven to 425.
3. Peel and core pears then halve and slice.
4. Mix sugar and lemon juice in a bowl then toss slice pears and juice and mix well.
5. Layer 6 slices into each dish then pour 1/2 cup batter over pears then bake 20 minutes.
6. To serve sprinkle with powdered sugar then decorate with fresh berries.
