Ingredients:
1/2 teaspoon(s) black pepper
1 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon(s) coriander
1 teaspoon(s) chili powder
2 teaspoon(s) garam masala
1/4 cup(s) fresh cilantro chopped
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1/2 cup(s) hot sauce
3/4 cup(s) plain yogurt
1/4 cup(s) heavy cream
4 garlic cloves minced
3 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
8 chicken thighs, bone in
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except chicken in a large bowl and stir until blended. Add chicken, turning to coat well. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours and up to 24 hours.
2. Prepare grill.
3. Remove chicken from marinade and place on a platter. Discard the marinade. Grill each side down 6 to 8 minutes.
